2024! Each year we make a few “RESOLUTIONS” or GOALS for the year to come. Usually, we remain very committed for 2 weeks, good for 2 weeks, not bad for 2 more. This is followed by "same old-same old" and then forgotten. The best course of action is to limit the time of commitment. Only commit for 1 day and repeat daily. Also, make your resolutions reasonable and easy to attain. It is a technique that has obvious DAILY benefits.
Of course, we continue to have COVID on our minds nearly 3 years later, along with RSV , flu etc. Be cautious, wear a mask in crowded indoor places . Get your vaccine when your time is up. Daily exercise and healthy diet are always good courses of action.
This time of year increasing your Vitamin D3 and Zinc intake will help immunity.
We have maintained our schedule as Tuesdays and Thursdays in NYC, and , Wednesdays and Fridays in Rye. We keep the schedule to maintain a reduced wait time and fewer people in our waiting rooms. If possible please plan ahead for your visit.
